Well.. I finally got my fence - though not really for the reasons I wanted. Last night they threw up a rental wire security fence between me and the burnt out apartment, today they worked on building a plywood one that goes just a bit further down than my apartment before they left up the wire one. Its not staked into the ground, just propped up with big pieces of two-by-four but it is pretty sturdy. I had forgotten my camera at home so I was limited to shots in town. I spotted these footprints from one of the workers on it just before it became wire again so I could still have some of the apartment building in the background. This shot is straight out of the camera.
